“So you're looking for a plumber? You can end your search here. FreeFlo are THE guys. I wish I could find guys as good as them for all my tradie needs. I called them over to help me pinpoint a sewage smell permeating our entire house. FreeFlo sent Ara over, who spent an hour patiently explaining what the issue could be, setting my expectations, and giving me a general sense of scope. Our issue was a can of worms, and he prepared us for the worst. Ara offered his assistance on picking out new toilets as a "while-we're-in-there" splurge, explaining that some toilets (cough *Toto*) are a pain to install and therefore a bit costlier. He then went on his way, and gave me the space to really think through how I wanted to approach this whole mess, which I appreciated because some companies out there can be really pushy after they give a quote! A couple of weeks later, I called them up and told them I was ready, and they came over within a couple of days. The whole process went so smoothly. They brought their new fancy hydrojetter machine and immediately unclogged our main line. No sewage smell anymore - bliss. Two of them tackled the jetter while the other two installed my new fancy toilets - and everyone was professional and clean. I asked them to be extra careful installing the toilets as our MCM home has original rosewood floors in the bathrooms, and they laid out paper all around to be sure not to scuff them up. They put on booties every time they entered the home, and at the end each of them did a once over to be sure no trash was left behind (Literally all 3 remaining guys went up all 3 flights of stairs just to be sure). A+ all around!!”

They hauled away my old toilet, cleaned up after themselves, and left my place looking like it was before the install. Great job. Toilet is working perfectly. No issues. Easy to book.
